  • Illness or injury can happen at any time. IWTIW is available to you no matter where you are or what time of day.

  • If you bought the family package, you can add your spouse and family to your account. To keep health information private each adult must create an account . Children under 18 may be added to their parent’s accounts.

    If you are having a telephonic or phone-only visit, stricter regulations will apply. In certain states, you may have to have a video visit to get a prescription.

  • Children, under the age of 18 may easily be added to your IWTIW account.

  • All of IWTIW's services are available without insurance. However, you will need to cover the cost of your prescriptions or prescription refills.

  • IWTIW is designed for on-demand care, so no appointment is necessary. After you register and log in to IWTIW, you can request to consult with a doctor at any time. Based on call volume, we can guarantee a call back anytime from within 5 minutes up to a 2 hour window.

  • Not at this time. To provide quick /efficient service, when a consultation is requested, it will go into a queue. The first available physician who is licensed in your state will accept and process the consultation.
  • Unfortunately, no. Doctors on IWTIW are there to support your care when you have a non-emergency or chronic health condition or when you are traveling.
  • Unfortunately, no. Doctors at IWTIW are unable to order lab tests. Due to the nature of telehealth, it is difficult to follow up, obtain the results, and interpret these tests. Our providers may suggest following up with your in-person provider and obtaining a test, however they are unable to order a test on your behalf.
  • No, unfortunately, not at this time.
  • Yes, we feel it is of utmost importance to maintain patient privacy and keep information secure. IWTIW is designed to be a private, secure, HIPAA-compliant tool that allows you to safely and confidentially consult with a doctor online.
  • With an active account, there is a number that can be provided for you., to conveniently schedule your consultation.
  • Yes. Telemedicine services are provided in every state.

    (Currently, Arkansas law as of 9-1-2017 requires initial consultation be in a video and all subsequent consults can be performed via phone.)

  • No, consults are not available outside the United States.
  • Yes. IWTIW provides access to a doctor 24/7/365 days a year.
  • Our system is HIPAA compliant and regulated by the state. We provide video in those states that allow video consultations.

    (Arkansas law as of 9-1-2017 requires initial consultation be in a video and all subsequent consults can be performed via phone.)

    Delaware and Idaho law requires a consult be done by video only.

  • Yes, just make sure to select the state you’re in under My Location and you’ll only see doctors licensed to treat you in that state. When using the app, you can choose to update your current state based on mobile geolocation, making it faster to find a doctor, whether you are home or on the go. Doctor visits via telehealth are permitted in every state nationwide.

  • We guarantee a call back within two (2) hours. Our average response time is 23 minutes.
  • If you think you’re experiencing a medical emergency, please do not use IWTIW. Instead, seek immediate emergency care by calling 911.

    IWTIW is also not for people suffering from serious or life-threatening conditions, such as:

    • Seizures
    • Chest pain
    • Neurological symptoms, suggesting a stroke
    • Difficulty breathing
    • Dizziness or loss of consciousness
    • Sudden bleeding
    • Choking or gagging
    • Severe Hypertension or Hemorrhoids
    • Head injury
    • Possible broken bones
    • Cancer
    • Patients who want to hurt themselves (suicidality)
    • Patients who want to hurt others (homicidality)
    • Schizophrenia or hallucinations

    If you have any of the above symptoms or any other serious medical concerns please call 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency department.

  • Doctors at IWTIW are able to provide simple forms like sick slips or back-to-work/school documents as clinically appropriate. Be sure to request the documentation before ending your conversation. Please note that doctors at IWTIW are not able to provide more substantial documents like FMLA forms, disability forms, or handicap/DMV documents as these documents require an in-person evaluation.
  • No. We have our own, proprietary network of doctors.
  • We post physician job postings in different states. Each applicant (physician) must provide a copy of the current professional license, current DEA registration if applicable, curriculum vitae, and the face sheet of the applicant's current professional liability insurance policy. NCQA (National Committee Quality Assurance) stipulates that seven criteria must be verified from the primary source because they identify the legal authority to practice as well as the relevant training and experience.
  • IWTIW provides a full Spanish experience. This allows an individual to utilize the member portal in Spanish, speak with a Care Coordinator in Spanish, and consult with a doctor in Spanish, providing a full experience in your native language.
  • Yes. The patient will be provided a prescription if the consulting doctor deems it necessary. However, doctors will not prescribe substances controlled by the DEA, non-therapeutic and /or certain drugs that may be harmful due to potential abuse. Drugs such as marijuana, opioids, Ambien, and lifestyle drugs such as Viagra, Cialis, Propecia, or Rogaine will not be prescribed.

    **Doctor will not refill maintenance medication (high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and diabetes) if the patient has not visited with their primary care physician in over six (6) months.

    • We will not treat male UTI’s.
    • NO treatment for anxiety/depression.
  • Yes, but this is at the doctor's discretion.

  • Yes. A doctor can refill a prescription for reasons such as:

    • The patients Primary Care Physician is on vacation
    • If traveling and your luggage was lost
    • Temporary refills, 14 days max
